तुमि देब निरञ्जन तुमि प्रजापति तुमि देब महेश्wअर तुमि सर्बगति

O Lord, You are untouched by matter. You are the destination of all. You are Brahma. You are Siva.

tumi candra tumi sūrja tumi tārā-gān tumi indra baruṇa tumi hutāśa paban

tumi candra tumi surja tumi tara-gan tumi indra baruna tumi hutasa paban

तुमि चन्द्र तुमि सूर्ज तुमि तारागान तुमि इन्द्र बरुण तुमि हुताश पबन

You are Candra. You are Surya. You are the stars. You are Indra. You are Varuna. You are Agni, the purifier, who eats what is offered in the fire.

daśa-dik pāla tumi sabāra kāraṇ tumi dibā-rātra tumi daṇḍa praharaṇ

dasa-dik pala tumi sabara karan tumi diba-ratra tumi danda praharan

दशदिक पाल तुमि सबार कारण तुमि दिबारात्र तुमि दण्ड प्रहरण

You are the protector of the ten directions. You are the cause of all. You are day and night. You hold a club as Your weapon.

tumi japa tumi tapa tumi yajña dān tumi joga tumi bhoga tumi brahma-jñān

tumi japa tumi tapa tumi yajna dan tumi joga tumi bhoga tumi brahma-jnan

तुमि जप तुमि तप तुमि यज्ञ दान तुमि जोग तुमि भोग तुमि ब्रह्मज्ञान

You are japa. You are austerity. You are yajna. You are charity. You are yoga. You are pleasure. You are spiritual knowledge.

sṛṣṭi-sthiti-pralaya tumi sei nārāyaṇ tomāra nidrāya nidrā jagile jāgaraṇ

srsti-sthiti-pralaya tumi sei narayan tomara nidraya nidra jagile jagaran

सृष्टिस्थितिप्रलय तुमि सेइ नारायण तोमार निद्राय निद्रा जगिले जागरण

You are Narayana. You are the creator, maintainer, and destroyer of the worlds. When You sleep, the worlds sleep. When You wake, the worlds wake.

nirguṇa nirlepa tumi kaile garbha-bās bhakta-batsala tumi karile prakāś

nirguna nirlepa tumi kaile garbha-bas bhakta-batsala tumi karile prakas

निर्गुण निर्लेप तुमि कैले गर्भबास भक्तबत्सल तुमि करिले प्रकाश

You are untouched by matter. You are untouched by the three modes. Because You love Your devotees, You have now entered a mother's womb.

mohiyā ta' kaṁsa māra manuṣa śarīre pṛthivīra bhāra hara māriyā asure

mohiya ta' kamsa mara manusa sarire prthivira bhara hara mariya asure

मोहिया तऽ कंस मार मनुष शरीरे पृथिवीर भार हर मारिया असुरे

To kill Kamsa and the demons, and the relieve the earth of her burden, You have now appeared in a humanlike form.

eta bali brahmādi deba praṇāma kari cali gelā deba-gaṇa jāra jei pure

eta bali brahmadi deba pranama kari cali gela deba-gana jara jei pure

एत बलि ब्रह्मादि देब प्रणाम करि चलि गेला देबगण जार जेइ पुरे

After speaking these words, Brahma and the demigods bowed down to offer respects. Then they returned to their cities.
